About the role

JOB OVERVIEW: - Part of the Cloud team (Global Infrastructure) which manages all of company's cloud environments with emphasis on Cloud Operations. - Collaborate with other IT and business teams to deliver cloud solutions. - Manage and cooperate with external partners whom provide SaaS solutions or professional services. - Regular review of Cloud Ops functions making/recommending enhancements. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Part of the Cloud Ops team which manages for all of company's cloud environments (Google / Azure / Alicloud) globally. - Provide support for all tooling / SaaS applications under Cloud teams scope of work (Akamai / SMTP / Cloudflare / etc...). - Research on and implement enhancements to current technology stacks / processes / procedures. - Involved in both global / Regional projects delivery, management and operations. - Work closely with external parties, vendors and other internal teams (including GHQ & Regions) for both BAU and project delivery / support. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES: - Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience supporting the following cloud environments, with hands on involvement in cloud operations and project implementation. - Google Cloud (Primary) - Microsoft Azure (Secondary) - Alicloud (Secondary) - Bachelor's degree in IT, or a related discipline. Technical Knowledge: 1) Strong Cloud Ops technical knowledge in Google Cloud Platform; Azure 2) Able to design / build / maintain core cloud based resources 3) Strong knowledge in Linux / Windows / Kubernetes operating environments 4) Scripting (added advantage with knowledge in Powershell / Terraform / Ansible / Python) 5) Microsoft O365 administration 6) Akamai CDN / WAF 7) Citrix VPN 8) IT vulnerability assessment, remediation and audits 9) Confluent Kafka (Connector managed and unmanaged, Topics, IAM management) 10) SMTP / DNS services Soft Skills: 1) Able to work independently and cohesively with both the immediate team and other members across the organization (including 3rd parties) 2) Show initiative, responsibility and accountability to the tasks under ownership 3) Possess initiative, be self-motivated, and a willingness to learn 4) Adaptive to changes 5) Ability to communicate with all stakeholders from various levels and backgrounds Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm
