Position: Temp Personnel Officer (Talent Management/Development) Location: Irrawaddy Road Contract Period: August 2026 - February 2027 Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6.00pm Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm Saturdays: Off Salary: Up to S$3,000 per month, depending on qualifications and relevant experience. Job Responsibilities Your duties and responsibilities include but are not restricted to the following: Talent Management - Execution of Police Officer Posting Cycle and assisting with digitalisation efforts. - Engage both internal and external stakeholders on the deployment and secondment plans of SPF officers. - Administration of Annual Security Declaration and related matters. - Administration of re-organisation and related matters. HR Systems and Administration - Assist with system-related HR functions.
