- Achieve and exceed annual corporate licensing sales targets, supporting the overall revenue and profit objectives of the team.

Requirements
- Experience of working in a commercial sales environment
- Able to work with confidently on a range of computer systems, including Excel
- Knowledge of the scholarly or academic publishing industry, intellectual property and copyright in general.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and a customer-focused approach
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good time-management, prioritisation, planning, and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong ability to communicate appropriately, both upstream and downstream within the organisation.
- Positive and flexible attitude, willing to take on many different types of tasks and apply the same level of effort and expertise to them.
- The ability to work independently and proactively, with awareness of when to delegate tasks.
- Willingness to travel to events, conferences, and book fairs as required by the company.
