About the role

As an Analyst, you will evaluate and process applications by national banks, federal savings associations, federal branches and agencies. You will provide technical expertise and guidance to financial institutions as well as OCC management and staff across various business units on a wide range of CO&S matters. This position is located in the Chartering, Organization and Structure business unit within the following locations: Chicago, IL Dallas, TX Denver, CO New York, NY Washington, DC You must meet the following requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-IV band level. Specialized experience for this position includes: Applying analytical skills to regulatory, legal, or corporate structure issues, for financial institutions; AND Analyzing and evaluating the financial or supervisory condition of financial institutions and writing reports or other documents supporting such analyses; AND Leading projects that involve participation and input from a diverse and varied group of individuals The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
