About the role

Read more about StickerApp here: StickerApp Job Responsibilities In this role, you will support StickerApp's global customer base, helping them find the best sticker solutions for their needs. Most communication happens via email, and you will guide customers with both simple and complex inquiries, often turning small projects into long-term business opportunities. Together with your colleagues, you ensure excellent service while identifying new sales opportunities. Since creativity is at the heart of StickerApp, you will also have the chance to inspire customers, share ideas, and celebrate the endless possibilities that stickers bring to both individuals and brands. Your tasks include: Providing professional customer support via email Guiding customers with product- and order-related inquiries Suggesting alternative products and solutions (upselling and cross-selling) Preparing print files (training provided) Inspiring customers with StickerApp's passion for stickers and the creative freedom they enable Education, Experience, and Personal Characteristics Fluent German, both written and spoken (main requirement) Strong written communication skills, fluent in English It is considered a plus, but not required, if you have previous experience in customer service or similar To succeed in this role, you are driven, service-minded, and passionate about helping customers. You enjoy writing and communicating via email and are motivated to deliver high-quality support. You are creative and curious, with a business mindset and the ability to identify new opportunities. Collaboration is key, and you feel comfortable working with colleagues across different countries.
