  • High School Diploma or GED

  • To diagnose problems and make the important repairs to get the machine back online as quickly as possible.
  • To communicate with affected team members on the production floor, in setup, and other maintenance personnel.
  • Must perform scheduled preventative maintenance to reduce down time.
  • Must provide your own tools.
  • Must use the appropriate tool in the safest way possible for the appropriate task. - Support the Maintenance Manager in meeting the team/plant goals, searching for cost savings opportunities, and managing down time.
