Responsibilities
- Creates print and digital materials for proposals, including templates, charts, maps, infographics, covers and layout.
- Creates print and digital materials for presentations, including PowerPoints, leave-behinds, and display boards.
- Creates print and digital materials for PR and internal communications, including brochures, ads, and announcements.
- Brainstorms new ideas and creates concepts for visually communicating key messages.

Requirements
- The ideal candidate should also have an awareness of accessibility and usability standards for digital and print communications, including the importance of designing materials that support readability, accessibility compliance, and user experience across multiple platforms and audiences.
- Associates Degree in Art, Graphic Design or related field and 3 years of relevant experience, or
- In lieu of education 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint and Word, with the ability to create polished presentations, templates, and branded documents
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, accessibility, and visual hierarchy across digital and print platforms
- Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, visually engaging communication materials
- Experience developing graphics, infographics, presentations, newsletters, and public-facing communication assets
- Experience using digital email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
- Strong attention to detail, proofreading, and quality control skills
- Excellent organizational and file management abilities, including version control and maintenance of shared digital assets
- Understanding of accessibility and usability standards, including familiarity with Section 508 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines considerations
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and produce accurate, high-quality work within established deadlines
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
