Drive AI adoption for SDLC as well as solving business problems Your skills and experience Core Engineering Minimum 14 years of IT industry experience with strong hands-on expertise in Java and full-stack development Deep knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices architecture , and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., ReactJS) Strong experience in databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, NoSQL) and solid understanding of data modeling, performance optimization Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, OpenShift) Strong understanding of distributed systems, system design, and scalable architecture patterns Experience in DevOps and CI/CD practices (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), with focus on automation and reliabilit Strong focus on engineering quality (TDD, BDD, automation testing, performance testing) Hands-on or working knowledge of LLM-based applications and experience of building Agentic AI workflows using Spec Driven development with tools like OpenSpec etc Leadership Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on leadership approach Experience working closely with Business stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects Growth mindset with focus on continuous learning, upskilling, and team development How we'll support you Training and development to help you excel in your career Coaching and support from experts in your team A culture of continuous learning to aid progression A range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needs About us and our teams Please visit our company website for further information: https://www.db.com/company/company.html We strive for a culture in which we are empowered to excel together every day.
