PMO Consultant (German-speaking)

Responsibilities

• -Support project managers in project planning, execution, and monitoring
• -Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards
• -Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards
• -Report progress to stakeholders
• -Project cost controlling
• -Identify and mitigate project risks
• -Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• -Communicate project updates to German-speaking stakeholders

Requirements

• -0-7 years of experience in project management or PMO
• -Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• -German Language certification minimum B2.2 (Zertfikat Deutsch or equivalent) (MA- German, Advance Diploma from Pune or any government recognized University)
• -MS Office - know how
• -Analytical and problem-solving skills
• -Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• -ITIL Certification
• -Experience working on tools like Confluence, ServiceNow, SVN
• -Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
