About the role

General Description The candidate supports the Human Resources team in daily HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. The role covers recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records management, HR administration, employee engagement, and support for HR policies and processes. Specific Accountabilities Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate interview arrangements and candidate communications. Support recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. Prepare onboarding documents and coordinate new employee onboarding activities. Assist in work pass and employment documentation where applicable. HR Administration Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, confirmations, and other HR documentation. Support leave, attendance, and claims administration. Ensure proper filing and compliance with HR policies and procedures. Employee Support & Engagement Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies and processes. Support employee engagement activities, townhalls, and company events. Assist in employee communications and HR initiatives. Coordinate training sessions and HR-related activities. Performance & HR Operations. Support performance management exercises and HR reporting. Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and data analysis. Support payroll preparation by verifying employee information. Participate in HR process improvement and operational projects. Skills Required Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills. Good mix of business and systems knowledge. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written (English); fluency in other Asian languages a plus. Team player with a good working attitude and the ability to learn quickly. Keen eye for process improvement. Experience and Qualifications Prior experience in Human resource management is preferred but not required.
