YOU You will serve as a key support in executing and managing compensation and benefits programs aligned with the Total Rewards strategy. This role also leverages data analysis, facilitates Total Rewards policies implementation, and streamlines processes to enhance the effectiveness of Total Rewards initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Total Rewards Policies & procedures
  • Support on drafting Total Rewards policies and procedures.
  • Prepare training material related to Total Rewards procedures and policies, labor law.
  • Organize the seminars to train and communicate about new Total Rewards policies and procedures to employees
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration
  • Assist in proposing and updating competitive C&B Programs.
  • Deliver the training/communications related to benefits, compensation, well-beings and rewards programs to new employees
  • Support on working with external partners to design, develop and implement the benefits programs
  • Assist in conducting salary benchmarking to develop salary structures and prepare templates for salary reviews, promotions, and performance bonus.
  • Participate in the Mercer salary survey, support market data analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
  • Track, review, and consolidate C&B related expenses (policy and off-policy items), and provide timely updates and recommendations to TRs Manager
  • People Cost Budget
  • Support on develop the templates and build annual/quarterly people cost budget.
  • Prepare and review monthly direct cost reports, analyze cost variances, and provide timely insights to TRs Manager
  • Labor Relations
  • Support labor law compliance and C&B policy implementation, and assist in handling labor disputes and disciplinary processes
  • Support governance enhancement, audit readiness, and coordination with external vendors and partners
  • Provide guidance and consultation to employees on labor law compliance and C&B policies and procedures.
  • Others
  • Participate in HR process improvement and transformation initiatives related to Total Rewards operations
  • Other tasks as required by the Total Rewards Manager.
  • DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
  • Strong knowledge of salary structures, benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, and market benchmarking
  • Proficiency in Excel and HR analytics tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and salary survey platforms (e.g., Mercer).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
