Customization Technician - UV Printing & Engraving (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• Operate UV printing machines to apply designs accurately on trophies and plaques, ensuring high-quality finishes
• Perform laser engraving inside optical crystal awards with precision to meet design specifications
• Set up and operate production machines following standard procedures to maintain consistent output
• Inspect finished products carefully to identify and address any defects or quality issues before delivery
• Communicate effectively with the sales team to align production schedules with customer orders
• Follow safety and operational guidelines to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
• Learn new production skills and work independently after training to support team goals

• Working Hours
• Full-Time Position:
• Monday to Friday:
• 10:00am - 7:00pm
• Saturday:
• 10:00am - 7:00pm, on alternate Saturdays
• Average 5.5-day work week.
• Sunday and Singapore Public Holidays are non-working days.
• Part-Time Position:
• Flexible working days, based on company requirements and the applicant's availability.
• Salary
• Monthly salary range:
• $2,500 - $3,200
• After training:
• Basic salary + production incentives
• Expected gross monthly income after training:
• $2,800 - $3,200
• Additional performance bonus may apply.
• Daily rate: $100 - $150 per day, depending on experience, ability and job scope.
• Location
• Bukit Merah (near Tiong Bahru MRT)
• Note: This position is suitable for individuals who prefer hands-on work and are looking for a stable long-term career.
