About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technology Recruiter to join our client's Human Resources team on an 18-month contract. In this role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for a broad range of technology positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure high-quality talent. Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job briefing, sourcing, screening, interview management, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and engage technology professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, employee referrals, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates' technical capabilities, relevant experience, and overall fit for the role and organisation.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers.
  • Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
  • Prepare competitive offer recommendations and manage the offer process through to successful acceptance.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple technology disciplines.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain recruitment metrics and reports.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • At least 7 years of experience in technical recruitment, with proven success in managing end-to-end hiring for technology roles.
  • Experience working in an in-house Talent Acquisition function, embedded recruitment model, or retained search environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent hiring assignments independently while meeting business timelines.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate both technical competencies and cultural fit.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with hiring managers and senior business leaders.
  • Good understanding of current technology hiring trends and the Singapore technology talent market.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Preferred Experience
  • Candidates with experience recruiting across areas such as Software Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, AI/ML, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Enterprise Applications, or Digital Transformation will be highly regarded.
