About the role

- Supervision of workers and subcontractors on daily site activities . Able to work in construction site working environment . Carry out any other ad-hoc project,assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned - Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time - Compliance to safe work procedures and maintain good house-keeping - Ensure safety matters on site and qualityof completed works - Assist Project Manager in material and equipment acquisition - Supervise site electrical installation. - Confirm progress reports, monitor project activities - Raise purchase requisition - Liaise with Project Manager - Prepare documents for electrical testing - Rectify and repair electrical issues at site - Submit progress claims, monitor project activities - Project planning, execute resource management and control - Co-ordinate with sub-contractors,suppliers and Consultants for BuildingConstruction
