What success looks like in this role: - Manages the efforts of Presales Solution Architecture teams and associates. - Drives top-line revenue by promoting and selling into the current client base. - Works in partnership with Sales & Sales Excellence, Marketing & Communications, Client Services / Support and other stakeholders to identify client technology upgrades and design creative solutions promoting Unisys latest products, services and capabilities. - Oversees the preparation of proposals, technical documentation and detailed architecture plans. - Provides account consultation, including coordination of internal and technical resources, to deliver on client needs and expectations. - Finds and closes new revenue opportunities within the existing client base. Serves as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights into the company's technical capabilities. - Drives creative and custom technology solutions for clients based on client business and technology needs. - Builds long-term stakeholder relationships, liaising between clients and internal technical teams. - Resolves or escalates technical and process issues from subordinate managers or staff.
