Direct Support Associate

Responsibilities

• As a Day Program Direct Support Associate , you'll support individuals as they participate in engaging, community-based, and skill‑building activities such as:
• Vocational tasks
• Volunteerism
• Outings and integrative community experiences
• Your responsibilities will range from providing general supervision to offering hand‑over‑hand assistance, always ensuring each person receives the individualized support they need to succeed.
• Compensation: We have several openings between $19-$21/hr
• Hours: full-time, benefit-eligible 30-35 hours/week, Monday - Friday

Requirements

• We welcome both experienced Human Services professionals and individuals eager to start a meaningful new career path. Ideal candidates may have experience as a:
• Direct Support Professional (DSP)
• Residential Counselor
• Caregiver
• Behavior Technician
• Support Counselor
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
• High School Diploma or GED

• Advance your career through our paid DSP Career Progression Pathway and earn up to an additional $1.50/hour by completing all three levels.
