- Proven success leading end-to-end product development in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong user empathy with a passion for field-focused design and a deep understanding of UX best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across teams.
- AI-forward product manager who has utilized tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Replit, V0, or similar to help accelerate product development.
- Experience with common tools like Figma, Sketch, Azure Dev Ops, Notion, Jira, Mixpanel, and Pendo, and similar platforms.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and a data-informed mindset.
- Bonus: Experience in vertical SaaS or field service software.

Who are you? / About You We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the continued development and evolution of our product roadmap. As a product leader, you will shape the roadmap, partner cross-functionally, and drive delivery of customer value in order to help pool professionals manage their daily work in the field and grow their business. You'll work closely with design, engineering, customer success, and leadership to continue to grow our world-class platform. Ensuring that it remains intuitive, reliable, and indispensable to our users. You will own the full lifecycle of product development, from discovery to delivery and adoption to iteration. Reporting to the VP of Product, this role can be in Austin, TX or remote.
