We are looking for a Product Manager - Digital Workplace to lead strategic initiatives and shape the tools, platforms, and self-service capabilities that enable secure, seamless, and productive work across the group. As part of the Product Organization, you will manage the Product Owners (Self Service and Digital Employee Experience) and oversee projects, while driving the evolution of modern endpoint provisioning and collaboration tools across the Microsoft 365 stack. This role is central to delivering a consistent, hotel-centric Digital Workplace experience. Your mission : Product Strategy & Vision Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Digital Workplace solutions (self-service, digital employee experience, collaboration suite). Champion an end-user-centric approach, ensuring solutions address employee and hotel team needs. Monitor adoption, performance, service quality, and user satisfaction to guide continuous improvement. Leadership & Team Management Manage and mentor the Product Owners ensuring clarity on priorities, backlog management, and delivery practices. Build and lead a squad team dedicated to delivering Digital Workplace initiatives, fostering collaboration and agility. Provide support for project execution, ensuring resources, alignment, and coordination across stakeholders. Project Management Drive strategic and transversal Digital Workplace projects such as Move2Nom, Contact Deflection and Integrations ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Hospitality Tech, vendors) to deliver projects on time and within budget. Governance & Stakeholder Alignment Ensure governance, compliance, licensing optimization, and secure-by-design practices across devices and collaboration tools. Collaborate broadly with HR, Cyber, Regional IT teams, hotel operations, and business owners. Serve as the central point of contact for product decisions, roadmap updates, and service evolution. And you ? 7-10+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Workplace, Collaboration Platforms, or Endpoint Management. Strong understanding of modern device management and provisioning models (Intune Autopilot) and Cloud PC concepts. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online). Experience managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams. Familiarity with identity and access management tools such as Saviynt and/or OneIdentity Active Roles for automating user provisioning and permissions. Demonstrated ability to define product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and deliver user-centric solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills in a global, matrixed environment.
