Our Finance, Risk & Compliance practice is growing in Sofia and we are looking for Junior Risk Advisory professionals to join the team. Our Finance, Risk & Compliance practice drives the strategic evolution of risk management for our financial services clients. We work collaboratively with our clients to deliver practical, tailored solutions to evolve compliance and risk management into future-focused, growth-driving capability. Our team in Sofia is growing, and we are looking for motivated and curious graduates with up to 2 years of experience to join our global Risk Advisory team. As a Risk Advisory Analyst, you will: Support clients in delivery of complex regulatory change programmes - mobilizing international teams, creating and tracking project plans and supporting the delivery of these programmes Perform gap analysis of current state against regulatory requirements and provide recommendations for improvement Participate in shaping future-ready enterprise risk management framework, including risk strategy, risk appetite and Key Risk Indicators, governance and reporting Collaborate with stakeholders across the three lines of defense to align risk strategy with business goals, converting complex data into clear, actionable insights Analyze and optimize processes and workflows in the risk and compliance functions to identify opportunities for optimization and automation Apply traditional and emerging technologies to modernize risk management processes and risk culture Your skills and experience We are seeking motivated and curious professionals who want to develop their career in the field of risk management and consulting working with the leading financial institutions across the world. No prior experience is required but sound theoretical knowledge is expected. The Ideal candidates will have:: Minimum Bachelor's degree in risk management, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology or related field Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to present risk insights clearly based on structured and unstructured data Track record of building trusting relationships in an international environment Knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, ISO 31000 Understanding of audit, compliance and internal controls obtained through studying or internships Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools (MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau) Excellent project management and prioritization skills Working experience with AI tools or training AI Agents is a plus Professional certifications in risk and controls management is a plus Candidates should be comfortable with international travel, which may be required for up to 30% of the time.
