We are looking for a customer-centric Financial Planning & Analysis System Specialist to join our team We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) System Specialist to take ownership of our financial planning and forecasting system, Anaplan. In this key role, you will act as the system's primary user, lead development initiatives, and ensure that our planning processes run smoothly, accurately, and on time. You will also work together with our business groups to develop future forecasting models. Your responsibilities will include: Own and manage Posti Group's financial planning and forecasting system Anaplan Ensure a stable, accurate, and timely planning and reporting process from both system and data perspectives Participate in and lead system development and improvement projects Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and external vendors Maintain and develop planning related data Provide end‑user support and trainings for planning and forecasting activities To succeed in this position, we hope that you have: 3-5 years experience from a similar finance-related role Experience with Anaplan is considered a strong advantage Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines A high level of commitment to data accuracy and quality Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, combined with a hands‑on and structured working style Fluent verbal and written skills in Finnish and English Interest in expanding your expertise to other financial systems Basic SQL skills are considered a plus Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Finance or Accounting Why should you join us?
