Job Description The Client Solutions Manager(Account Manager) is responsible for the successful on boarding of new advertiser partners and management of key accounts, collaborating on proposals to brand marketers, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting in proposal development. The individual will work cross functionally with other departments internally to provide high service level to our clients Duties and Responsibilities: Managing and developing new client relationships within the full life-cycle of the account - on boarding, ongoing account management, technical troubleshooting, reporting etc. Work closely with the Media, Sales and Tech teams to help drive the overall goals of the clients's campaigns. Manage day-to-day contact with top-tier clients to deliver value to the accounts through revenue lift, brand control and escalation management. Optimize, track and analyze the daily performance of campaigns. Demonstrate your knowledge for the mobile industry and apply that expertise to building deeper client relationships. Skills Required: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university 1-3 years digital account management experience, within mobile industry highly desirable Strong analytic and mathematic skills Strong communicator (written and Spoken) Team player, high-energy, driven, revenue-focused work style and focus Comfortable working in a fast-paced, product launch environment About Digital Turbine: Digital Turbine (NASDAQ: APPS) powers superior mobile consumer experiences and results for the world's leading telcos, advertisers and publishers.
