We are seeking a SHE Business Partner to support the implementation of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) strategies across LDC operations. Working closely with the Country Senior SHE Manager, Operational Managers and site teams, you will play a key role in driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company standards. This role will support multiple sites and requires regular travel across LDC assets. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, promoting proactive risk management and continuous improvement in SHE performance. Key responsibilities will be but not limited to: Support delivery of SHE strategy across allocated sites Coach leaders on risk management, incidents and compliance Conduct site inspections and internal audits Monitor incident and hazard reporting Assist with SHE systems, documentation and training Drive continuous improvement and close out audit actions Report on SHE performance and trends Essential skills and experience: Support delivery of SHE strategy across allocated sites Coach leaders on risk management, incidents and compliance Conduct site inspections and internal audits Monitor incident and hazard reporting Assist with SHE systems, documentation and training Drive continuous improvement and close out audit actions Report on SHE performance and trends Cert IV in WHS (minimum) Diploma or higher in WHS (preferred) Auditor qualification (desirable) Please click on the link to see some of the perks and benefits of working with LDC.
