Location: Kraków Hybrid model: Hybrid model 3 days per week in the office /2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old About the team: Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting Financial Reporting Supervisor to join our Financial Reporting Team based in Krakow, Poland. In this role you will be part of a team responsible for the preparation and review of full set of annual, semi-annual, and quarterly financial statements for investment funds within the Alternative Department, registered in Luxembourg, Ireland, United States and Cayman Islands. In our team, you will be responsible for: Managing the end‑to‑end preparation of financial statements for BBH clients, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency. Reviewing financial statements across multiple accounting frameworks (IFRS, Luxembourg GAAP, US GAAP, Irish GAAP) and ensuring they meet the highest technical and quality standards. Leading communication with clients and external auditors, providing clear, timely, and accurate information throughout the reporting cycle. Executing and overseeing critical internal controls, ensuring compliance and operational excellence at every stage of the process. Driving accuracy, timeliness, and completeness across all client deliverables, while maintaining strong partnerships with other BBH teams. Leading and developing team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.
