Responsibilities
- Plans, schedules, assigns, and supervises the work activities of assigned staff.
- Provides day to day leadership and direction to assigned staff to meet the individual patient needs, follow and implement scheduled daily activities and follow through with active treatment as directed by the Treatment Team.
- Performs administrative supervision of staff, including performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, time records, and hiring process.

- Participates in patient plan of care, initiates and maintains an active and therapeutic treatment environment for the patients through supervision of assigned staff. Directs and performs activities to establish and maintain a safe, secure and clean environment for patients and staff.
