Accountant (Contractor)

Responsibilities

• Support LT and ST cash flow forecast
• Support in cash management activities
• Support bank accounts opening, closing and optimization
• Support in company financing, both LT and ST, both external and internal
• Support hedging activities to fulfill FX risk management under Evonik group policy
• Support in BAD transfer and discounting
• Fulfill various treasury related reporting
• Implement overseas payments
• Declare non-trade transactions
• Reconcile input VAT and output VAT
• Prepare and reconcile SAFE reports and import records
• Issue VAT invoices
• Process EDI payments
• Support audits and coordination
• Manage confirmation letters
• File vouchers
• Scan and register invoices
• Perform other tasks as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/financing
• More than one year accounting/financial experience
• Ability to work independently as well as teamwork spirit
• Fluent in English in verbal and business writing
• In depth accounting knowledge
• Good Excel, PowerPoint skills and familiar with SAP
