About the role

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-03 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 through GS-14. This position has a control point equivalent to the GS-13 step 10 level. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05-GS-11 or NT-02 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Translating complex sustainment requirements into clear, actionable tasks, ensuring that each of the logistics elements is well-defined, properly resourced, and effectively integrated; 2) Managing total life-cycle of programs, driving the on-cost and on-schedule execution of all logistics efforts; 3) Ensuring all deliverables meet the stringent operational requirements for reliability, availability, and maintainability; 4) Leading, developing, and empowering a logistics team to successfully orchestrate the entire support framework, guaranteeing on-performance delivery; and 5) Leveraging all 12 Integrated Product Support (IPS) Elements as a leader who can guide and mentor a team. **NOTE** This information must be clearly supported in your resume.
