Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join its client's MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) / Front Door Team based in South Tyneside. This is a non-case holding role, offering flexible hours and hybrid working arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance. MASH experience is preferred, and you will be part of a dynamic team that plays a critical role in safeguarding children and families by managing referrals and ensuring timely, effective decision-making. What will your responsibilities be? Screen and assess incoming referrals to identify risks and determine appropriate next steps. Work collaboratively with partner agencies to share information and ensure coordinated safeguarding responses. Apply professional judgment to make threshold decisions in line with statutory guidance and local procedures. Maintain accurate records and contribute to high-quality reporting for safeguarding purposes. Participate in team discussions and reflective practice sessions to support continuous improvement.
