This position manages, produce, and publish technical policy revision functions and maintain a policy database system, both internally and from the Division of State Operated Healthcare Facilities in preparation for Executive Committee Review. The Policy Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, tracking, data entry, and timely filing of Patient Perception of Care Surveys. This position requires a high degree of confidentiality and has access to Protected Health Information and other High Restricted Data. About the Facility: The Walter B. Jones Center operates two adult inpatient treatment programs on site in Greenville, NC: (1) Woodside Treatment Center and (2) Lakeside Psychiatric Hospital. The primary purpose and mission of the Walter B. Jones Center is "To provide inpatient treatment, psychiatric stabilization and medical detoxification for individuals with mental health, substance use and other co-occurring psychiatric diagnoses for ongoing community-based treatment and recovery". The Center is accredited by the Joint Commission and SAMHSA/CSAT. Two specialty programs are offered to all 100 NC Counties: (1) Inpatient Opioid Treatment for adults and (2) Inpatient Perinatal Services for women in their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimesters with substance use disorders.
