Requirements

Job Responsibilities: Support regional sales and business development activities across Asia through close collaboration with distributors and channel partners Coordinate distributor planning, pre-bid meetings, exhibitions, workshops, seminars, and regional marketing events Assist in developing and executing distributor sales and marketing strategies aligned with regional business objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospitals, clinics, and internal stakeholders Monitor distributor sales activities, pipeline performance, and market coverage, providing recommendations to improve business performance Support distributor onboarding, training, capability development, and performance reviews Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to resolve business and operational issues Consolidate market intelligence, competitive analysis, and business insights to support strategic planning and decision-making Prepare sales reports, market analyses, presentations, and management updates for regional and global stakeholders Coordinate cross-functional activities with sales, marketing, finance, service, and training teams Organise and support distributor and customer product training sessions Provide basic product, application, and technical support in collaboration with technical teams Participate in product training to maintain strong product and clinical knowledge Perform other duties and regional projects assigned by management
