- Required competencies and certifications
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health (Level B)
- Degree or Diploma in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical discipline
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health (Level C)
- Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) with SCDF
- Certification in Risk Management or Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (bizSAFE Level 2 / Level 4)
- Certification in Managing Work-At-Height (WAH)
- Experience interfacing with government bodies such as BCA, NEA, and SCDF regarding permits and engineering licensing
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, or equivalent digital systems to automate compliance tracking
