Requirements

- In this role you will
- Serve as the hands-on technical lead for PCBA design validation as well as module and system level validation.
- Drive sustaining engineering efforts, including root cause and corrective action (RCCA) for issues found in the field.
- Develop hardware validation strategies and test plans, execute electrical system-level validation to find and fix design issues and ensure design meets requirements for overall product quality.
- Collaborate with and influence key cross-functional partners, including Hardware Systems, Safety, Test organizations, and Electrical Engineering (EE).
- Address and improve communication challenges within the team to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
- Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in PCBA electrical validation
- Expertise in PCBA electrical validation , both module and system-level validation across power regulation, low-speed and high-speed interfaces, compute, memory and sensors.
- Demonstrated experience with board bring-up, fault injection testing, system level validation
- Proven experience in technical leadership.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders.
- Desirable qualifications
- Experience with system validation across automotive hardware for power delivery and communications such as automotive ethernet and CAN.
- Experience with ISO 16750-2 and/or ISO 26262 standards.
- Proven experience in the product life cycle development process from concept to production.
- Familiar with EE design tools for schematic capture and layout.
