At HUB International, we are a team of entrepreneurs. We believe in protecting and supporting the aspirations of individuals, families, and businesses. We help our clients evaluate their risks and develop solutions tailored to their needs. We believe in empowering our employees to learn, grow, and make a difference. Our structure enables our teams to maintain their own unique, regional culture while leveraging support and resources from our corporate centers of excellence. HUB is a global insurance and employee benefits broker, providing a boundaryless array of business insurance, employee benefits, risk services, personal insurance, retirement, and private wealth management products and services. With over $5 billion in revenue and almost 20,000 employees in 600 offices throughout North America, HUB has grown substantially, in part due to our industry leading success in mergers and acquisitions The Domain of Retirement and Private Wealth Advisory is one of the most dynamic in financial services: customer expectations, vendor ecosystems, regulatory requirements, and competitive forces are in constant motion. In this environment, business transformation is no longer an occasional event, but a continual state. The organizations that thrive are those with the architectural foundation to anticipate change, absorb disruption, and move decisively into new opportunities. The RPW Domain Architect is the creative and strategic force behind that foundation; the individual who ensures that architecture keeps pace with business ambition (and ideally, stays one step ahead). This role is responsible for designing and maintaining the technology architecture that keeps RPW perpetually ready to enter new markets, adopt new platforms, integrate with new trading partners, respond to regulatory shifts, and capitalize on transformative technologies like AI. Architecture, in this context, is more than an occasional event: it is a strategic business capability and an ongoing competitive advantage. Working in close partnership with the VP of Technology Strategy Planning, business leaders, and technology teams, the Domain Architect will leverage proven best practices to translate RPW's vision into a coherent, executable, and flexible enablement plan. The ideal candidate brings intellectual curiosity, a sharp strategic instinct, and bold imagination anchored in the realities of today's business landscape.
