- Must be able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule is a must. May require mornings, nights,
- weekends, holidays, and during times of inclement weather. (Schedule is TBD).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good hand/eye coordination
- Must be able to hear/respond to verbal instructions and will use headsets to
- communicate during show production.
- Physical Demands Set: Light work: Involves sitting most of the time, walking, lifting up to
- 50lbs, bending, standing climbing ladders, etc.

This position requires a strong ability to multi-task, excellent communications skills, an ability to quickly adapt to the production requirements for each newscast or live/recorded program and manages studio preparedness. WBIR produces nearly 10 hours of live local content each day, and our Directors/Production Assistants are key to making our shows the best they can be. We are seeking an individual who can handle a fast-paced and dynamic newscast. The ideal candidate will bring new, forward-thinking production ideas to the table to help us adapt to a constantly changing viewer base.
