About the role

The Inside Sales Representative will support our Training Facility, which provides webinars, seminars, and eLearning courses to customers on cranes and crane maintenance. Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential customers to promote webinars, seminars, and eLearning courses on cranes and crane maintenance.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about our training programs.

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Support: Assist customers with the registration process for training sessions.
  • Provide pricing information and process orders.
  • Coordinate with the training team to schedule courses and ensure customer needs are met.
  • Manage and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns for training programs.
  • Provide input on marketing materials and content to effectively promote training offerings.
  • Participate in webinars and seminars as needed to provide support and engage with participants.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on sales activities and results.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our training programs and the benefits they offer.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs related to crane maintenance.
  • Continuously update product knowledge to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a technical or training-related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts related to crane maintenance.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Other Requirements: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and techniques.
