Collaborate with experienced team, Technician will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our new commercial building, Paya Lebar Green . In this role as a Technician your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to; Typically carries out maintenance, repairs, testing and inspection of building mechanical and electrical services, associated systems, plant and equipment in accordance with relevant statutory standards and operational procedures. Deliver maintenance services outlined in management plans and maintain records as appropriate, to contribute to the safety and security of premises, staff and visitors. May carry out installation works involved in minor upgrading and adaptation works to ensure ongoing maintenance and upkeep of premises; Attributes: May have a relevant vocational/trade qualification, combined with some experience in a related discipline. Experience in an operations support or building maintenance role, and/or knowledge of the property management industry, and relevant legislation relating to facilities operating environments (including Occupational Health and Safety regulations). Knowledge and understanding of the operational procedures and safe working practices of major items of plant and systems. To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have; Communication and customer service skills to effectively communicate and implement company policies and practices in order to effectively carry out responsibilities. Competencies include: Customer Focus, Planning & Organising, Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking, Verbal Communications, Written Communications.
