The Associate Director reports to the Director of Student Finances for the MBA Program and is primarily responsible for coordinating with Student Financial Services, the Loan Office, Third-Party Billing, and the Registrar, with a focus on the financial experience of Wharton MBA and EMBA students. Job Description Job Responsibilities Provide loan resources to students and monitors monthly reports related to loans, billing, programming, and student resources. This includes analyzing financial aid data and trends to support operational decision-making. Provide strategic communication and resources to students based on feedback from the student population and changes in the lending landscape. The role also leverages technology and AI-assisted tools to enhance communication efficiency and consistency. Support overall financial aid counseling, including financial planning and loan eligibility, and will present to prospective and admitted students during the admissions cycle and Wharton Welcome Weekends. This position will have the opportunity to work as a part of a cross functional team in an innovative and data-driven environment.
