This is a full-time role based in our Culver City & Vernon, Los Angeles head offices, requiring an in-office presence of four days per week, with one day remote. We are seeking a Buying Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the Buying team at Reformation across Retail and Wholesale. This is a highly collaborative role where the buying coordinator partners closely with a variety of cross functional teams. The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, innovative, tech savvy and have excellent communication skills. Because the environment is fast-paced, the role requires flexibility and an ability to juggle multiple tasks. Last but certainly not least, this person should be passionate about fashion and sustainability! Responsibilities

  • Generate correct and timely purchase orders, and track and maintain them throughout the entire process across Retail and Wholesale
  • Manage calendar deadlines and ensure cross functional teams have what they need
  • Assist the team with updating documentation and ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
  • Work closely with the buying team on assortment planning and management for the Apparel business
  • Communicate cross functionally with relevant teams to ensure cohesiveness - production, merchandising, planning, wholesale sales
  • Help to analyse sales on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis
  • Identify process, workflow and system improvements and bring recommendations to manager
  • Assist the team with day to day needs
  • Take initiative beyond basic responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in apparel at a retailer/e-commerce company (preferred)
  • Strong Analytical and Math skills
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Intermediate to Advanced Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to adapt to complexities of an expanding organization
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base hourly range is $22-25 per hour depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.This role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a range of factors, including company performance, department goals, and individual contributions.
