Position: Customer Service Officer (Enrichment Centre) Location: Tampines/ Toa Payoh Working hours : 44 hours per week, 5 days per week (4-weekdays: 12:30pm to 9:30pm + 1-weekend Saturday/Sunday: 8:30am to 6:30pm (Rostered based on centre operational needs) Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Performance Bonus + Medical/ Dental Benefit Duration : Permanent Industry : Enrichment Centre Main Responsibilities: Attend to parent and student enquiries via phone, email and walk-ins professionally. Explain courses, programmes, teaching approach and enrolment details to customers. Support course promotion, customer relationship management and sales transactions. Arrange replacement lessons, appointments, centre inventory and daily administrative duties. Maintain accurate customer records and support smooth daily centre operations. Assist with centre administration and deployment across centres when required.
