Our Senior Health and Safety Engineer is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of the Global Field Services (GFS) Health, Safety, Environmental policies and procedures. The role ensures that the organisation complies with legal and regulatory standards while promoting a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility. As our new Health and Safety Engineer for our Construction team you will work closely with the project managers, construction managers and global field services teams to identify risks, ensure compliance, and improve practices related to safety, health, and environmental performance. You will work within the Global Field Services Team based at Zeeco Europe's European Head Quarters in Stamford the UK. This role requires a flexible and dynamic individual with a passion to deliver complex engineering and construction projects worldwide. Responsible for the development, management and co-ordination of HSE management systems and documentation for the global field service team (GFS) within the EMEA region. The role will be a hybrid role between the office and site-based, with the HSE Engineer spending a split (50/50, site/office) amount of time on construction sites. The position will also require office work for planning and administrative tasks. This role requires hybrid and flexible working to react to business requirements. Including the need to adapt and change plans at short notice, including weekends and evenings on occasion.
