Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong experience in education admissions, enrolment, consultative sales, centre growth, or related education-facing commercial work
  • Relevant exposure to Singapore K12 tuition, enrichment, learning centres, private education, or similar parent-facing education services
  • Proven ability to speak with parents, understand their concerns, handle objections, and convert interest into enrolment
  • Able to create enrolment traction instead of relying mainly on brand name, ready inbound leads, or central marketing support
  • Strong understanding of Singapore parent decision-making and local education market realities
  • Strong spoken and written Mandarin is required for day-to-day internal communication with stakeholders who work primarily in Mandarin
  • Strong spoken English is required for clear communication with parents in Singapore
  • Comfortable working full-time on-site in Singapore
  • Hands-on, hungry, practical, and willing to execute on the ground
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage business where structure, processes, and market approach are still being refined

  • Currently or previously worked in a tuition centre, enrichment centre, private education centre, or similar education business
  • Has handled parent consultation, enrolment, renewal, or centre growth directly

  • Comfortable taking ownership without waiting for a mature brand, stable lead flow, or large support team
  • Practical enough to help improve workflow, follow-up, and parent service on the ground
  • This role is best suited to someone who is hungry, commercially practical, and comfortable helping a new education centre build traction from the ground up.
  • It is less suitable for candidates whose past results came mainly from well-known brands, ready lead flow, heavy marketing support, or mature operating systems.

We are looking for a hands-on admissions and centre growth operator who can help build student enrolment, speak with parents, support centre growth, and execute on the ground.
