About the role

You'll own the Supply systems domain and lead the work that makes the org faster and smarter: Own the Supply GTM stack. Administer the call recording, sequencing, and data enrichment platforms end-to-end - user setup, permissions, sequences, automations, and troubleshooting - alongside the Salesforce and iPaaS foundation underneath them. Lead multiple concurrent initiatives, set direction, and make and communicate the trade-offs with precision. Build declaratively first, code when it counts. Design and ship solutions Flow-first (record-triggered, screen, and scheduled Flows; validation rules; permission-based security). Write lightweight Apex - trigger handlers, small async/batch jobs, and the test coverage to back them - and build Lightning Web Components for custom UI where declarative tooling falls short. Know when not to write code. Guard data integrity across the stack. Own accurate sync and data quality between Salesforce and the tools - enrichment data, call/activity capture, and sequence engagement flowing cleanly into the CRM. Monitor system health, diagnose sync failures at the root cause, and build the guardrails that keep the data clean. Design scalable processes. Partner with sales leadership and RevOps to turn manual, ad hoc outbound workflows into durable, scalable automation aligned to business goals. Set the standard and raise the team. Define admin standards, documentation, and conventions for the stack. Mentor more junior admins, serve as the escalation point for complex tooling issues, and coach the team through tricky cross-functional decisions. Lead tool evaluation and rollout. Drive evaluation, selection, and implementation of new tooling for the stack, choosing the right tool for the problem and navigating ambiguity with confidence. What You'll Bring to Engine 5-7 years in Salesforce administration, ideally supporting a sales, business development, outbound, or RevOps function. Salesforce Administrator certification required; Platform App Builder and/or Platform Developer I strongly preferred. Deep declarative expertise: Flow (all types), validation rules, permission sets, sharing/security model, and sound data model design. Working developer fluency on the platform: you can read and write lightweight Apex (triggers via a handler pattern, simple classes, async/batch, test classes) and build LWCs for custom interfaces. You understand governor limits, bulkification, and the discipline of clicks-over-code. Comfortable working in an AI-first development workflow: hands-on working experience using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools to accelerate building, debugging, and shipping - and the judgment to review and validate what they produce. Hands-on experience administering the core sales tool categories: call recording / conversation intelligence, sequencing / outbound engagement, and data enrichment. Integration experience: comfortable owning data sync between Salesforce and connected GTM tools through an iPaaS layer. A track record of leading multi-stakeholder initiatives and coordinating across teams to deliver results. Clear, direct communicator who can separate signal from noise, make a recommendation, and bring partners along. Bonus: travel, hospitality, or marketplace experience; exposure to Data Cloud and Agentforce; familiarity with version control and CI/CD for Salesforce (Git, sfdx). Why Engine Own and evolve the systems behind Engine's Business Development engine at a high-growth, cash-flow-positive company. Lead a domain end-to-end with real autonomy and the runway to set technical direction. Gain cross-functional exposure across Business Development, RevOps, Finance, Data, and Engineering, with a clear path into systems leadership. Help bui
