About the role
We are looking for a responsible and organised Sales & Operations Coordinator to support our daily administrative and operational activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating with different departments, handling customer orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices, delivery orders (DO), shipping memos, credit notes (CN), and debit notes (DN).Plan and coordinate daily delivery routes.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, customer service, sales support, or operations coordination role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and associates in the course of work.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
