Responsibilities
- Ø Responsible for training and coaching the Sales, Customer Service, TCS and Application Experts in APAC as well as increasing application knowledge and understanding at local level.

- Ø Responsible for creating, standardizing and following up an employee onboarding plan in Emerging Markets

- Ø Strong business acumen with understanding of P&L drivers
- Ø Ability to translate technical solutions into commercial value
- Ø Has a technical degree, ideally in chemistry or cleaning science, or extensive experience in the field of cleaning and hygiene
