Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Locum Assistant Team Manager to join its client's Mental Health Team, based at Tameside. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will: Provide day‑to‑day operational leadership across the Mental Health Team, supervising practitioners, allocating workloads, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining high‑quality practice in line with the Care Act and Mental Health Act Offer professional oversight on complex, high‑risk, or escalated cases, supporting decision‑making around safeguarding, risk management, Mental Capacity Act application, and multi‑agency interventions Drive service performance and improvement by monitoring outcomes, supporting audits, embedding recovery‑focused practice, and working collaboratively with health partners, AMHP services, and community providers
