Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance global S&OP governance, cadence, standards, and playbook for PO&T.

Requirements

  • Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in relative scientific field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain) with a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in Global Forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing within Pharma or FMCG.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing an IBP or S&OP process for a large global company.
  • Demonstrated transformational leadership abilities, including mentoring and inspiring cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth understanding of lifecycle management and ability to translate market dynamics into actionable insights in the Pharma industry.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI/ML, digital twin applications, and advanced analytics platforms.
  • Experience with scenario planning and cross-functional portfolio trade-offs.
  • Specialized knowledge in ERP systems, APICS certification preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of financial operations.
  • Global and intercultural experience in a complex and rapidly changing business environment.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Supply Chain Management, or equivalent).

  • The base compensation range for this role is: $196,000.00-$270,000.00
  • Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.

About This Role: As the Global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Long-Term Forecast Plan (LTFP) Lead, you will spearhead the continuous evolution of these pivotal processes within our Global Supply Chain. Positioned on the Global Supply Chain Planning Operations team, you will drive strategic initiatives to enhance S&OP maturity, drive enterprise-wide IBP, and ensuring alignment across various functions and hierarchies.
