Solid experience executing office leasing and sales transactions from instruction through to completion. Proven ability to manage day-to-day client relationships and deliver consistent service. Experience supporting negotiations and contributing to deal strategy. Exposure to business development activities such as pitches, proposals, and client targeting. Experience mentoring or informally guiding junior colleagues is desirable. Strong familiarity with local office market dynamics, including rents, incentives, and occupier demand. Degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
