Torch is seeking an Electronics/Cable Technician to support the assembly and integration of electronic and cable systems used in commercial, aerospace, and defense applications . This role works closely with engineers, project managers, and manufacturing team members to build high-quality electro-mechanical assemblies in a fast-paced, regulated environment. As an Electronics/Cable Technician your duties will include the following but are not limited to: Fabricate and assemble cable harnesses and electro-mechanical assemblies, including small and intricate components Interpret and follow mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturing documentation Collaborate with design engineers to understand and execute assembly requirements Perform assembly tasks in accordance with AS9100 quality standards Support production planning, work instructions, and parts list development Communicate effectively within cross-functional manufacturing teams Required Qualifications U.S. Citizenship Electronics training equivalent to 2 years of technical trade school or military technical school or related experience. 2+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing Ability to obtain and maintain an active DoW clearance Hands-on experience with cable harness fabrication and mechanical assembly Experience assembling electro-mechanical systems , including small-scale assemblies Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics Working knowledge of production planning and quality control in an AS9100 environment Sufficient computer skills to support manufacturing documentation Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced setting
