Claims (Insurance Operations) You will serve as the functional SME for Claims operations, driving process improvement, system enhancement, and change management across the full claims lifecycle to achieve service excellence and regulatory compliance. Serve as the operational SME for claims processes across intake, assessment, adjudication, settlement, and payment for life, health, and/or general insurance products Map and re-engineer claims workflows to reduce cycle times, improve accuracy, and enhance customer experience; identify automation and STP opportunities across claims platforms and back-end systems Gather and validate requirements from claims, actuarial, compliance, legal, and IT stakeholders; support BRD sign-off, UAT execution, and post-go-live verification for system and process changes Assess the business and regulatory impact of changes to claims rules and systems; ensure alignment with MAS requirements, internal risk controls, and fraud management frameworks Support resolution of production errors and claims processing exceptions in liaison with IT and BA teams; contribute to root cause analysis and process remediation Provide operational training and guidance to claims staff and internal stakeholders on updated business rules, adjudication guidelines, and system enhancements
