As a Finance Assistant professional for Twenty Twenty, you will support the smooth running of finance operations across production and corporate activities. You will play a key role in processing invoices, managing supplier relationships, and supporting wider accounting processes within a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at an early stage in their career to gain hands-on experience across finance processes while working closely with production and finance teams. Process supplier invoices, manage expenses, and support cash-related processes within Accounts Payable Raise purchase orders and ensure accurate matching of invoices within the finance system Support supplier management activities, including responding to queries and maintaining account accuracy Work with production teams to support finance processes and ensure smooth operational flow Assist with monthly reporting activities and financial reconciliations Use accounting systems, including SAP, to process and maintain financial records Provide additional support across finance activities when required, including cross-team collaboration Qualifications & Experience... Previous experience or exposure to accounting or finance processes Basic understanding of accounting principles Familiarity with accounting software; experience with SAP is beneficial Willingness to learn and develop within a finance environment Ability to adapt and support a high-volume transactional setting Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
