Listen with empathy and professionalism to resolve issues efficiently. Manage a high volume of inquiries with confidence and accuracy. Coordinate with techs and office teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Keep precise records of interactions, and proactively suggest additional services when appropriate. Become a trusted resource by deeply learning our services and offerings. ** Who You Are:** You bring 1+ year in customer service-experience in home services, repairs, or tech is a plus. Exceptional communication and active listening skills come naturally. Highly organized, with strong multitasking and time-management abilities. Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure. You embrace our tools and values-familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus (training provided!). A team player, driven by growth, collaboration, and goal achievement.
